Important Rules
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and staying at the property the entire time of the booking
No pets (inside or out)
No smoking (inside or out)
Check-in after 4:00 p.m. (no exceptions)
Check-out by 10:00 a.m. (no exceptions)
Initial payment must be received to confirm booking
Refund requests within 30 days of booking are only honored if someone else books your vacated schedule at the same rate (partial refunds will be made for lower rate replacement rentals)
Important: We are committed to protecting our property and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.
Please note: Before your booking is completed, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please complete this information within 7 days of your booking and at least 3 days before your arrival.
Important: Rental of the house for parties is not allowed including bachelor and bachelorette events.
